Our Leadership

Doug & Paula Allen, Lead Pastors
Doug and Paula were called supernaturally to take the Lead Pastor role at Living Hope Church, succeeding the founding Pastor of 16 years, Pastors Keith and Penny Tucci. They moved to western Pennsylvania in May of 2015 are actively pursuing the will of God for the service and spiritual awakening of the community, nation, and the earth.
Doug and Paula got started in ministry at Reserve Church (Presently LifeHouse Church) by under the mentorship of Pastor Rod Aguillard where they served as Children’s Pastors before being sent out to the nations to pursue a mission call. Immediately after the fall of the USSR, they planted a church among the Chuvash people in the city of Cheboksary, Russia. They raised up a Russian Pastor and leadership team to take over the work, and the church is still active today. They have continued to travel in and out of Russia for the past 30 years as well as networking with other mission organizations to advance outreaches in Nicaragua and most recently, North Korea. Their life ministry motto is: “No borders, only people.”
Rico & Katie Ramos, Admin Staff & Youth Directors
Originally from Northwest Indiana (near Chicago), Rico and Katie met at Living Stones Church where they were both serving the Lord separately for several years before joining together. After a long backstory of cat and mouse chase, they were married in 2016 and welcomed their first baby boy, Nathaniel David, in 2017. While Katie spent 8 years serving and leading in children’s ministry, they both spent time leading in the youth ministry, as well as serving as Celebrate Recovery group leaders until their move to Living Hope Church. Though Rico has an educational background in Communications, Public Relations, and IT, and Katie in Accounting, Counseling, and Nutrition, they both received their ministry training through TheROAR Bible School in Crown Point, IN which they attended together in 2012. Throughout their walk with the Lord, they have spent time overseas on various missions in China and Mongolia for Katie and Russia and Spain for Rico. Though they have many capabilities outside of ministry, their heart for “the one,” as well as the damaged and broken and hurting, leading them to take on roles in ministry as their first and highest calling; eventually leading them to LHC.
Since transferring to Living Hope Church in January of 2018, Rico now serves as the Administrative Pastor, while Katie serves as the office secretary/administrative assistant. Together they also lead the Living Hope Youth Ministry and enjoy having fun with and discipling the next generation.
While ministry is at the forefront of their lives, they also enjoy worshiping together, being active outdoors, and the simplicity of just being side-by-side.
